Order Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your order anytime after placing it. Maximum
time from your time of order placement may be 24 hours.
Following is the procedure for order cancellation
1. Email cancel@aliveandwellinmaui.com.
2. Include the "Order Date" and "Invoice Number".
3. In case your order has been sent for processing, you can
still ask to stop its shipment. In this case, processing fees
may apply to your cancellation.
4. You will be notified about the deductions on your credit
amount (if any), before you commit cancellation.
Alternatively you can call our customer support center at 808-877-4950
for cancellation of your order. Please mention your order number
to expedite cancellation process. Please allow 7-10 business days
to reflect on your credit card bill before refund may reflect
to your statement.
Conditions on Returns Items
Within 30 days of placing your order, you may return any item
for refund under following circumstances:
Item is in new condition with original packaging and
accessories (returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless
defective).
Item was received damaged or defective.
Incorrect item was shipped.
We do not accept returns of opened items or items returned
more than 30 days after order.
Once, a qualified return package is received at Alive
and Well, a refund will be issued within 7-10 days after its arrival.
NOTE: Alive and Well does NOT pay return shipping costs unless
the incorrect item(s) was shipped or the item(s) shipped was damaged.
Please allow 7-10 business days to reflect a credit on your
credit card. An e-mail confirmation will also be sent.
